Job description

Diploma in C&S Engineering from an institute accredited by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.

Must be accredited as a Resident Technical Officer with BCA / IES / ACES with a minimum of eight (8) years of work experience as a Resident Technical Officer.

Supervised infrastructure works (roads / drains / sewers), external works, structural steel, and has a strong knowledge of local construction practices. Experience in the supervision of building works with basement structures, temporary earth retaining structures (ERS) and ground improvement works are also preferred.

Strong knowledge of structural materials, details and shop drawings and strong coordination skills among Architectural, C&S, M&E works.

Must have a strong ability to interpret the relevant drawings of the works that needs to be carried out.

Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills. Can resolve site issues with the Contractor and enforce the C&S Qualified Person’s design intent.

Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
