Job Summary

Responsible for the operational support, technical enhancement, and integration of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role oversees the system landscape, focusing on platform stability , HR system integration , and cross-functional collaboration , particularly with HR and Finance teams. The ideal candidate has strong Workday integration expertise, people leadership skills, and exposure to ERP systems like SAP Finance

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS system and payroll functions, manage day-to-day Workday System across multiple modules such as Workday HCM, Absence, Expense, Talent & Performance, and Learning, custom reports, Calculated Fields, and Workday integrations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor on Workday functionality and best practices
• Collaborate with HR leadership to align Workday capabilities with business objectives
• Partner with vendors and consultants on system enhancements and support escalations.
• Oversee data integrity between Workday and downstream system such as SAP Finance and Workday Adaptive Planning for relevant cross-system processes (e.g., cost centers, org structures)
• Coordinate and conduct user acceptance test and training
