Responsibilities
Develop and implement a two-year strategic plan and annual operations plan.Drive and achieve KPIs (sales, customer spend, success rate, recurring revenue, Buddy Club).Lead performance management and present monthly outlet KPI reports.Provide strong leadership, bridging outlets and support functions.Coach and mentor managers to uplift team performance and culture.Analyze P&L to maximize profit and reduce costs.Participation in training, presentations, and meetings required.Requirements
Min. Diploma in Business Administration / Management.10+ years’ relevant experience with proven KPI results.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.Fluent in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.For consideration, kindly submit your CV by clicking “APPLY NOW”
