Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

OFFICE WORKING HOUR : 8.30AM – 5 : 30PM
Scan & update of Service Report to NAS
Scan & update of Incoming DO / AWB / INVOICE from Suppliers to NAS
Deliver goods to customers when required
Onsite support : Onsite PM & troubleshooting of RADIOLOGY EQUIPMENTS, DIAGNOSTIC MONITORS & PC & ACCESSORIES, NURSE CALL SYSTEM, OPERATING LIGHT
Onsite DVD / USB counter record update & sign the log check with customer on monthly basis
Onsite support, Preventive Maintainance & troubleshooting of automatic dicom DVD / USB burner & PACS system
contact customer to resolve pending case id on daily basis
Prepare & Report of technicaL GUIDELINES
Provide technical information for pre-bid and tender specifications
Completes timesheets within the allocated time frame
Roster standby support of after office work when REQUIRED (HAVING OT PAYMENT)

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Computer

Basic technical skill of self learning & researching

Basic soft skill of communication with peers & customers

Punctual & commitment with assigned tasks

Able to work under pressure & short notice requirement
