Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative Assistant (Cleantech) – Contract

Our client, a renewable energy company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant (Contract) to support the smooth daily operations of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with expense claims, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Support office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the team / manager.
  • Assist with coordination of company events, team activities, and internal communications.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification; further training in administration or office management is a plus.
  • 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to travel between Singapore and Johor Bahru office 1–2 times per week.
  • Office Location : Central Singapore, with travel to Johor Bahru office 1–2 times per week
