F&B Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Position Summary : The F&B Executive performs and directs overall restaurant management. Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training program. Responsible for inventory and money control systems - may establish inventory schedules. Responsible for local marketing initiatives - may contact prospective customers to promote sales. Maintains business records. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

1) prepares & stocks product for all menu items

2) Makes & serves sandwiches, salads, wraps, breakfast items and other items on the menu

3) Prepares & bakes bread and cookies

4) Able to operate all core equipment, including the microwave and speed oven

5) Cleans & maintains all areas of the store including the dining area, the back area, the counters and all equipment / utensils used

6) Performs Point of Sales (POS) cashiering7. understands & adheres to all Subway standard procedures, proper food handling, and all safety & hygiene practices

8) Can receive stock delivery

9) Performs light paperwork such as filling out preparation forms

10) Assists the Senior Sandwich Artist / Shift Leader on some tasks as required

11) Other responsibilities as required by the business

12) 60 hours per week
