Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Responsible for the profitable growth and development of business through brokers
- Maintain and develop customer relations
- Develop and manage Broker schemes
- Monitor underwriting trends and results
- Ensure risks are accepted and underwritten in accordance with the Company's Risk Management and Reinsurance guidelines
- Undertake credit control ensuring standard for debtor days are strictly adhered to
- Provide a technical reference point for queries
- Ensure maximum efficient and effectiveness in work processes within the department
- Provide guidance and training for staff & teambuilding
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
