Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, training, and refining AI models that power skill development, career pathing, and culture analytics.
• Support data gathering, cleansing, annotation, and ethical sourcing for pilot projects.
• Conduct user testing and help analyze feedback to improve AI-driven features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the product, engineering, and design teams on delivering intuitive user experiences.
• Research the latest AI, ML, and data science trends relevant for workforce and HR tech.
• Prototype intelligent algorithms for personalized recommendations (e.g., learning paths, career fits, cultural insights).
• Support the integration of AI modules into the mobile / web platform and ensure seamless UX flows.
• Assist with compliance checks around data security, privacy, and ethical AI use.
• Present findings and progress to internal stakeholders, contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.
