Role

Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate

and detail-oriented Part-Time Public Relations

Officer to manage and address candidate grievances

with professionalism and empathy. This role is ideal for someone

with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for resolving

issues, and the ability to maintain strong

relationships.

Key

Responsibilities :

Grievance Resolution : Serve

as the first point of contact for candidates' concerns, ensuring

complaints are addressed promptly and effectively

Candidate Support : Actively

listen to candidates' feedback, provide solutions, and maintain

open communication channels

Conflict Mediation : Mediate

between candidates and recruiters to resolve misunderstandings or

issues amicably

Record

Management : Maintain accurate and confidential

records of grievances and resolutions

Process Improvement : Provide

insights and feedback to the team to enhance candidate experience

and satisfaction

Brand

Representation : Uphold the company's reputation by

fostering positive relationships and ensuring professional

communication at all

times

Requirements :

Prior experience in public relations, customer service,

or a related field is preferred

Strong

problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive

situations with discretion

Excellent verbal

and written communication skills

A friendly,

empathetic, and professional demeanor

Ability

to work independently and commit to a flexible part-time

schedule
