Job Scope :

Perform professional pet grooming (bathing, blow-drying,

brushing, clipping, trimming, full grooming, and add-on

services).

Ensure the safety, comfort, and

well-being of pets during grooming.

Follow

Fluffy Hero's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for handling and

grooming.

Maintain shop cleanliness and

hygiene daily (sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, equipment

upkeep).

Assist in handling pets in

daycare / staycation when needed.

Provide kind,

patient, and compassionate care to all

pets.

Requirements :

Certified pet groomer (minimum SKC or equivalent

certification).

At least 1 year of grooming

experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome if

passionate.

Able to handle dogs and cats of

different sizes, coats, and temperaments.

Physically fit and able to lift medium / large

dogs.

Strong teamwork and responsibility in a

small-business environment.

Must genuinely

love animals and treat them with

kindness.
