Roles & Responsibilities
Moovita is looking for a Deployment Engineer to assist with the deployment, configuration, and operational support of our autonomous vehicle systems. This is an entry-level, hands-on role suited for candidates with a strong interest in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or systems engineering— no coding experience required.
You’ll work closely with engineers to help prepare vehicles for testing, monitor system behavior, and ensure successful software deployments on-site.
Responsibilities :
- Support software deployment and system setup on autonomous vehicles
- Configure system parameters and update settings such as sensor calibration files and network configurations
- Assist in collecting logs , monitoring system status, and generating basic performance reports
- Perform on-site checks during vehicle testing and deployments to ensure all modules are running correctly
- Troubleshoot common operational issues using diagnostic tools and logs (with guidance from engineers)
- Help maintain documentation for deployment steps, procedures, and system updates
Requirements :
Comfortable using Linux-based systems (basic file navigation, terminal usage, permissions)Detail-oriented and methodical in following setup and deployment proceduresWillingness to work on-site with vehicles and hardware (e.g., buses, sensors, field equipment)Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to work with cross-functional teams(Bonus) Familiarity with ROS / ROS2, basic networking, or hardware interfaces is a plus, but not requiredWhat You'll Gain :
