Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Driven to meet and attain corporate objectives and operations benchmark
- Daily on ground assessment to plan, schedule and execute all work requirements
- Ability to work within budget constraints, requirements and performance KPIs
- Ability to lead, manage and work with a team of Executives, Supervisors, Team Leaders and Cleaners
- Point of contact for service request, feedbacks & all contractual requirements
- Ability to provide resolution to all operation related matter
- Customer liaison on service level and performance standards
- Ability to handle both operational and administrative requirements
- Develop work methodology and staff training
Requirements :
Degree / DiplomaMinimum 3 years of related working experience & knowledge in the cleaning industriesKnowledge of cleaning contract requirementsKnowledge of WHS and its credentialsStrong leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with ability to exercise command and controlMeticulous to details in meeting company's requirementGood communication skills with professional email etiquetteStrong analytical and readiness in a fast paced environmentAble to work independently and multi taskSelf-motivated, responsible, positive work attitude and a team playerAbility to plan, manage and execute work effectivelyPC Knowledge and Smart Devices savvyValid Class 3 licenseTell employers what skills you have
