Responsibilities :
- Manage Production daily / weekly demand loading execution and delivery fulfilment per customers’ requirement from wafers lot start to finished goods
- Work with Customer Service to understand customers’ forecast and requirements to utilize secured capacity
- Work with Customer Service / customers to provide WIP visibility to run continuously as well as make minimum line changes to maximize output
- Monitor daily delivery output and highlight potential delinquency for immediate resolution
- Monitor aging lot inventory and align internally for lot disposition
- Support ad-hoc urgent demand request and provide regular tracking status
- Drive On-time Delivery performance and Cycle Time Performance
- Prepare and update monthly Customers’ Cycle Time report
- Prepare management reports in accordance with KPI
- Simplify report generation and be involved in process improvement
- Support Cost Savings improvement initiatives
- Provide assistance to Customer and attend customer audit if required
