Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and process travel, health, and personal accident claims accurately and on time.
• Handle fast-track claims and follow up on pending claims.
• Communicate with medical institutions and policyholders for required documents.
• Respond to claims enquiries and provide good customer service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
