Roles & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage and oversee various projects within our organization. Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing / completing projects within specified deadlines and budgets while ensuring quality and efficiency. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to goals and milestones.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing solutions and recommendations as needed.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
- Utilize project management tools (SPM, Orbit) and methodologies (Synergy / Agile Synergy) to track progress and optimize workflows.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining project objectives.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and best practices for future projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
