Responsibilities

Actively engage with Systematic investment teams, Traders and Product team to identify areas for improvements and influence product direction.
Build predictive analytics for improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of trading platform.
Responsible for day-to-day functioning and oversight of Execution platforms.
Collaborate seamless with internal stake-holders and technology and external counterparties including vendors to resolve technical issues and push for strategic enhancements.

Position Requirements :

Proven experience in front office applications within a global Hedge Fund, Bank, or financial technology vendor.

Experience with Systematic, Ultra Low, and / or Low Latency trading applications.

Solid understanding of Equity, FX and Futures markets.

Extremely proficient in FIX protocol and ability to manage complex FIX networks.

Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand and troubleshoot internally developed systems.

Proficiency in Linux and strong scripting skills. Development experience with Java, C#, C++, and Python is a huge plus.

Passionate about leveraging automation to enhance operational efficiencies.

Excellent communication skills with a proactive, sociable personality.

Individual contributor who can work autonomously with little supervision.
