Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing and processing sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and quotation.
- Maintaining customer records in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or sales databases
- Coordinating communication between the sales team and other departments (e.g., accounts and warehouse)
- Supporting onboarding of new sales team members
- Acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, delivery, etc.
- Following up with clients on order status and satisfaction
- Ensuring timely delivery of products or services
- Updating sales content and documents
