Roles & Responsibilities

- Optimize product mix and inventory levels to meet customer demand and maximize sales.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the store.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation.
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
