Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to every client, ensuring an immersive luxury retail experience
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all chocolate products, including ingredients, craftsmanship, seasonal offerings, and brand storytelling
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and offering tailored product recommendations
- Maintain the visual standards and overall presentation of the boutique
- Support daily operations, including stock management, packaging, and boutique cleanliness
- Build lasting client relationships through clienteling and follow-up communication
- Uphold brand values and consistently reflect the image of luxury, sophistication, and excellence
