Roles & Responsibilities
This is a 100% Work from the Office role. This role will be based at New Tech Park, 151 Lorong Chuan, Singapore 556741 (right opposite to the Lorong Chuan MRT - 1 min walk from Lorong Chuan MRT).
This is an individual contributor role that involves a strong focus on executing HR activities and coordinating with stakeholders. This role is part of the Regional HR Team.
Being part of a Multi National FMCG Company, this role involves ferequent interaction with colleagues based across South East Asia, Greater China, and Africa.
The candidate will be reporting to the Senior Regional HR Manager. The candidate will cover 3 main areas : (1) Annual Regional Projects Rollout, (2) Business Specific Project Management and (3) Targeted HR Operations Work etc.
The key focus areas shall be :
- Support the Regional and Country Teams in rolling out initiatives and interventions regionally in line with business strategies. Programs include the 360° Feedback Survey, Employee Engagement Survey etc.
- Supporting Regional HR Manager in designing and executing regional priorities across 12+ countries
- Front end and lead the multi country coordination on policies, practices and execution plans
- Represent International operations to Corporate Headquarters as a liaison for all projects
- Managing HR Calendar and supporting leadership in co-creating and implementation of projects on HR Transformation and Change Management
- Support regional talent review exercises for senior leadership and high-potential employees
- Provide support in enhancning and managing the online Performance Management System and troubleshoot country issues
- Plan and organize the Annual HR Conference covering the HR Heads and HR Managers of all the countries in the region
- Understand needs from the ground and be their voice to the Regional Team and the Senior Seadership
- Support HR in management reporting and data analytics
- Other HR duties as assigned

Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in the related disciplineMinimum 3 to 7 years of experience, with at least 2 solid years in the Regional HR roleComfortable in working with ambiguity and flexibilityIs very Creative and process-orientedAble to multi-task and handle roles & responsibilities independently (Is a self-starter )Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a good team playerHave a sense of business acumen, analytical mindset, able to connect the dots and see the big picturePositive learning attitude, taking initiative, willing to roll up your sleeves to get things movingProficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced excel toolsExperience of working in SuccessFactors environment is desirable, but not mandatoryTell employers what skills you have
