Job Scope

• Supervise daily activities and enrichment programmes for primary school students
• Provide homework guidance and supervision
• Plan and carry out fun, engaging, and enriching activities
• Support children’s development while applying health and safety standards
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and positive experience of all students
• Maintain good classroom management and a nurturing environment

Requirements

• Minimum N Level or equivalent
• Experience in student care, tutoring, or working with children is an advantage (but not required)
• Patient, passionate, and responsible
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• Candidates with higher qualifications or relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Programme Staff role
