Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Computer Science and equivalent. You are an expert in all IT infrastructure related matters. Meticulous, a team player and also able to work independently.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a key member in the IT Department , your responsibilities include and are not limited to the following :
- Execute Group IT Policy and implement corporate infrastructure and networks.
- Train new system users and set up their accounts.
- Develop and maintain local networks to optimise performance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage network servers and technology tools, internal IT assets, software licenses and usage.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages and ensure network security.
- Keep an inventory of all IT assets.
