• Get Schooled & Certified: We'll load you up with official badges from Microsoft, Acronis, and more. (Think of it like levelling up in a game, but for your career.)
• Learn from the Front Lines: You'll be right beside me (the Head of Sales) on actual client calls. No fetching coffee. Just learning how tech solves real business drama.
• Master the Triple Threat:
  1) Cybersecurity (stop the hackers!),
  2) Cloud Voice (make businesses talk!),
  3) Telco (connect everything!). Be the Swiss Army knife of tech.

ACT II: RUN YOUR OWN SHOW (MONTHS 3-12)

Time to fly solo (with a safety net).

• Get Your Own Client Squad: Build relationships. Solve problems. Be the hero.
• Earn Like a Boss: Here's the real talk: Base salary + UNCAPPED PERFORMANCE REWARDS. Your hustle = your wallet.
• Weekly Game Plans: Not micromanaging. We do weekly syncs to strategize, overcome obstacles, and crush your goals.

ACT III: BECOME A LEADER (12+ MONTHS)

This is the prize. One of you will step up as Head of Your Own Pod.

• Fast-Track to Head of Pod: Based on clear, fair play: who learns fastest, helps teammates most, and gets results.
• Build Your Own Tribe: Mentor new recruits. Shape our culture. Get your hands on strategy.
• Earn the Stripes: Lead a pod. Earn more. Make a real impact.
