Retail Assistant Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers by delivering exceptional service, providing professional consultation, and assisting with product knowledge, system input, and invoice creation. You will also handle enquiries and complaints professionally, support sales negotiations, and contribute to content creation. Photography and video editing skills will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise a small team of 2–3 staff members.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
• Provide accurate product information, answer enquiries, and make tailored recommendations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure attractive, well-organized product displays.
• Handle sales transactions and operate the system accurately.
• Manage administrative tasks and paperwork in accordance with store policies.
• Assist with product photography, video creation, and uploading materials into the system.
