Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, reliable, and motivated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of vending machines and related equipment. This role requires both mechanical and electrical skills, strong problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with a valid motorcycle license are preferred, as the role may involve traveling between client sites. The Technician should be physically fit, resourceful, and capable of delivering quality service with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of vending machines and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical wiring, mechanical parts, sensors, and software.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure machines are in proper working condition.
• Replace and calibrate parts such as motors, wiring harnesses, payment systems, and control boards.
• Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and inventory of spare parts.
• Respond to breakdowns and service requests promptly to minimize downtime.
• Provide customer support by addressing machine operation queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Work independently and manage service schedules efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, electrical safety, and company policies.
• Coordinate with the operations / logistics team for machine relocation or installation at new sites.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of tools, equipment, and service vehicle.
