About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR professional to support our daily operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with foundational HR knowledge looking to grow their career in a hands-on environment. You will assist with recruitment, employee records, and basic HR administration—no complex strategic projects or advanced specialization required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Post job ads and schedule interviews
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Assist with onboarding new hires and orientation programs
- Handle basic employee inquiries (leave, attendance, policies)
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Help organize team-building activities and office events
Qualifications We’re Looking For :
1–2 years of experience in HR or office administrationFluent in spoken and written ChineseBasic understanding of HR processes (hiring, onboarding, compliance)Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with HR software (e.g., Zoho, BambooHR)Good communication skills and a helpful, patient attitudeAbility to handle confidential information with careHigh school diploma required; HR certificate or associate degree is a plusWhat We Offer :
