Job descriptionEstablish and update quality procedures to meet standards like ISO9001, design QA processes, and implement QMS using the 6S Kaizen method. Perform internal and manage external audits to ensure compliance and partner quality. Analyze quality data to identify trends and report on improvements. Lead projects with methods like Lean Six Sigma to enhance efficiency. Develop and conduct training on quality systems and promote quality awareness. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Resolve quality issues and effectively communicate updates. Mitigate quality risks and engage in proactive risk management. Maintain detailed quality documentation and records. Stay updated on industry trends and train for skill enhancement. Develop safety policies and conduct risk assessments. Any other task as assigned by the Superior. Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field, with minimum 2 years experience in quality management systems. Previous experience in quality assurance, quality management systems, or a related role is typically required.
