Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily preparation of food items at the designated station
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant / Head Chef
- Restock all items as needed throughout shift
- Clean and maintain station for food safety, workplace safety & sanitation
- Requisite daily perishable & dry supplies for his respective station
- Understand and know the proper usage of all equipment in the station and responsible for cleanliness & maintenance of them
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
