Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in Town. This role involves building strong customer relationships, providing technical consultation, and driving sales growth. You will undergo comprehensive training and mentorship, preparing you for a successful career in technical sales within the manufacturing sector.

Key Duties

  • Attend product and application training at Singapore Head Office.
  • Gain in-depth product and application knowledge through classes, seminars, and on-the-job training.
  • Provide technical consultation and service to customers, assisting them in solving application challenges.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer requests.
  • Consistently secure new customers and expand the customer base.
  • Contribute to territory strategy and support account growth plans.
  • Drive successful implementation of new product launches.
  • Grow market share within assigned territory.
  • Coordinate and participate in off-site seminars and trade shows.
  • Manage daily sales activities independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

    • Requirements

  • Preferably Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Keen interest in working within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer needs.
  • Driven to grow through training, mentorship, and a structured sales process.
  • Professionalism in dress code, punctuality, attendance, and sales practices.
  • Valid Class 3 License preferred.
