Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an organised and people-oriented HR Operations & Office Management Executive to support our client's growing education centre. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a dynamic environment where they can make an impact across HR operations, staff engagement, and office administration. This role plays a key part in supporting both our educators and administrative team, ensuring a positive and efficient workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment coordination, onboarding, orientation, confirmation, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Support HR initiatives such as staff engagement, training coordination, and performance management.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and internal processes.
  • Assist with drafting HR communications, policy updates, and HR reports.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR standards.
  • Office & Centre Administration

  • Oversee general office operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
  • Support scheduling of meetings, staff activities, and centre events.
  • Manage inventory of office and teaching materials, ensuring availability for educators and staff.
  • Liaise with service providers for maintenance, repairs, and operational needs.
  • Provide administrative support to management and ensure a smooth daily workflow at the centre.
  • Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR administration, or office management.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, BIPO, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • A team player with a “can-do” attitude and high attention to detail.
