• supervise activities construction site
• control and coordinate the activities and workers
• interpreting specifications and job orders
• estimating manpower requirement
• assigning duties to workers
• analysing and resolving work problems
• Must be willing to work overtime if required.
• To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day operations.
• Supervise all construction worker and solve disputes between workers if required.
• To carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company's safety policies.
