Job descriptionDaily Oversight : Manage daily salon operations, including opening and closing procedures. Inventory & Supplies : Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to ensure necessary products and equipment are available. Maintenance : Ensure the salon is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Financial Management : Handle basic bookkeeping, process payments, monitor financial transactions, and contribute to business budget management. Client Satisfaction : Ensure exceptional customer service, manage client feedback, and resolve complaints professionally. Client Experience : Create a welcoming environment and ensure clients have a positive and memorable experience. Appointment Management : Oversee the scheduling and flow of client appointments to keep the salon running efficiently. Product & Service Promotion : Promote salon services, packages, and retail products to increase sales. Marketing Strategies : Develop and implement marketing activities, including social media, to attract new clients and build customer loyalty. Sales Targets : Set and monitor sales targets for services and products, aiming to achieve business goals.

- Performance Management : Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions if necessary.
- Team Leadership : Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating the team and acting as a role model.
