Job Description :

The Engineer, Strategic Programs and Operational Excellence is responsible for driving operational improvements and supporting strategic program execution within the Program Management department. This role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. The engineer collaborates with multifunctional teams to implement data-driven solutions, enhance productivity, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. By leveraging digital tools and automation, the role aims to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support the organization's commitment to operational excellence.

Data Analysis and Operational Insight

• Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support benchmarking and best practice sharing across OSAT partners.
