Job descriptionSingaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents only. Minimum Nitec / diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / MEP / BIM or its equivalent only. Minimum 8 - 12 years years relevant experience Able to work independently with minimum supervision Problem-solving attitude. Experienced in the M&E contractor environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Design & drafting of MEP layout, section details, space management planning and plant room details.
- Able to carry out detailing & co-ordination drawing.
- Responsible for preparation of shop drawings, and As-Built drawings using Revit and CAD software.
- Obtain relevant information from architectural drawings, structural, other discipline drawings.
- To assist Project Manager / Engineers on coordination, planning and visiting job sites / meetings when necessary.
