Job descriptionAdvanced / Higher / Certificate in Community & Social Services. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level. Experience working with seniors preferred. Willing to work Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm and alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating monthly activities for seniors
- Collect evaluation, feebacks on activities
- Assist with seniors enquireies and provide information and referrals
- Ensure equipment and supplies are sufficient
- Assist to procure materials for activity, equipment and supplies when require
- Support Program Executive in budget management and maintain program databases.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
