Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Guest Services Executive (Reservations) :
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle phone and walk-in inquiries related to bookings and reservations
- Provide guests with essential information including property rules, emergency contacts, and check-in / out procedures
- Manage guest arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience
- Collect payments for accommodation and facility usage accurately
- Perform daily cash tallying and reconcile with revenue collection reports
- Prepare and raise billing requests when necessary
- Track and follow up on lost-and-found items
- Generate and share daily check-in reports with relevant teams (e.g. security and housekeeping)
- Monitor and replenish front desk stationery supplies
- Record and submit monthly usage readings for photocopiers or other equipment

Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experienceCustomer service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanorStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHonest, reliable, and detail-orientedWilling to work shifts, including weekends and public holidaysAdditional Information :
