Job Description :

• A PhD in Physics, or a related discipline (8+ years relevant experience) or equivalent senior-level experience.
• Deep knowledge of radiation sources, spectroscopy, or reader devices.
• Experience leading cross-functional, international project teams in complex environments .
• Proven track record of commercializing new technologies or applications.
• Industrial manufacturing experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills — you can explain complex science in simple terms.
• A collaborative, hands-on, solutions-focused mindset
• Willingness to travel and coordinate with global teams across different time zones
