The Job :

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team across South East Asia (SEA) embodies corporate culture and consistently delivers outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive customer engagement through a strategic, disciplined sales approach — deepening existing relationships, expanding share of wallet, and developing new accounts.
• Build strong partnerships at all levels of customer organizations, including service accounts, by understanding business objectives and positioning solutions that add value.
• Oversee account planning, budgeting, and expense management in alignment with corporate goals, while providing accurate reporting, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
• Effectively coach the team to execute the full sales cycle, from proposals and presentations to after-sales opportunities such as refurbishing, spare parts, and services.
• Represent the company at customer visits, trade shows, and events; deliver professional presentations; and ensure competitive insights, lost orders, and market shifts are reported and addressed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with service, support, and operations teams to resolve customer issues, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

The Talent :

• Degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline
• 7 – 10 years of sales experience in injection molding, plastics, robotics, 3D printing or additive manufacturing
