Roles & Responsibilities

Manage

• Operation and maintenance of Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP)
• Daily performance log management of WWTP Plant;
• Daily monitoring of plant performance;
• Preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment;
• Preventive maintenance of electrical and Instruments;
• Electrical & Instruments Component Health check;
• Daily chemical top up and maintain the correct level;
• Daily reporting to management of plant performance;
• Calibration of Instruments as per schedule;
• Ensure WWTP compliance with ISO standards;
• Control and Monitoring system review;
• Conduct daily housekeeping and 5s;
• Coordination of groundstaffs;
• Manpower planning;
• Management of sludge dewatering unit;
• Management of Chemical dosing units;
• Conduct minor maintenance (bi-monthly) and major maintenance (bi-annually).
