The S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies(RSIS) , a Graduate School of Nanyang TechnologicalUniversity (NTU), is a leading research-intensive and teachinginstitution in strategic and international affairs andpolicy-oriented think tank in the Asia-Pacificregion.

Driver

Thesuccessful candidate will report to the Admin Manager. He or shewill have the following responsibilities :

1.Provide transportation support to staff and visitors on officialbusiness;
2. Maintain the RSIS vehicle in goodworking condition;

3. Where necessary, to assistin :

Delivery and collection of itemsfor RSIS events;

Logistics and backendfunctions provided by AdminDepartment;

Dispatching documents to offices inNTU as well as to other government agencies;and

4. Any other duties as assignedby SeniorManagement.

Requirements :

Secondary / O Levels or ITE with minimum 3 years' experience as PersonalDriver / Chauffeur;

Possess class 3 drivinglicense with good driving record

Familiar withSingapore roads and safety regulations

Able towork well with minimal supervision

Goodattendance, good time management, punctual, committed, andreliable.

Basic knowledge in Microsoft Officeapplications is required;

Pleasant and politepersonality.
