Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Jurong

Duties :

• Manage new customer onboarding and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
• Work with stakeholders and suppliers to meet customer KPIs and business goals.
• nConduct business reviews and provide market insights with proactive action plans.
• Visit customers, assess needs, and recommend products / services to drive revenue growth.
• Develop pricing models with Key Account Support and propose to management.
• Negotiate prices, close sales orders, and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue prospective customers, building strong business relationships.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals, offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align on forecasting, planning, and pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, proposals, and follow-ups.
