Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and all-rounded Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly adaptable, and can handle multiple marketing functions, including content creation, social media management, AI-driven marketing, and design. This role requires a tech-savvy individual with hands-on experience using AI tools and marketing software to create engaging content, videos, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan, create, and manage social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Design posters, banners, and promotional materials using MidJourney and other AIdriven tools.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce engaging videos using CapCut and similar software.

2. AI & Digital Marketing

  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Grok, DeepSeek to optimize marketing strategies and customer engagement.
  • Leverage AI-driven analytics to refine marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Explore emerging AI technologies to enhance content creation and audience targeting.
  • 3. Campaigns & Branding

  • Develop marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Work closely with design teams and agencies to ensure consistent branding.
  • Create impactful presentations using PowerPoint (PPT) and mind-mapping tools for internal and external stakeholders.
  • 4. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in developing and executing the marketing strategy for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and sales, to drive business growth.
  • 5. Agency & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with external agencies for digital marketing, PR, and creative services.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand visibility.
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry or a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, Grok, DeepSeek and experience with MidJourney (for design) and CapCut (for video editing).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
