Job descriptionDegree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Materials Engineering. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Precision / Aerospace Manufacturing industry. Strong CNC machining background (milling / turning) with programming know-how. Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Proficient in CAD / CAM systems; Siemens NX.
Roles & Responsibilities
- vPlan and define the complete manufacturing process, starting from raw material intake to final product dispatch.
- Build CNC programs and develop custom fixtures, tools, and inspection gauges.
- Create and update digital work instructions aligned with technical blueprints.
- Run pilot builds and coach shop-floor staff on process execution.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing process improvements.
