Our goal : to become Singapore’s own gifting brand , loved by tourists and locals alike. Our flagship store is located at RWS, a major tourist destination.

We are looking for Retail Assistants who are passionate about customer service, heritage storytelling, and growing with a fast-paced startup .

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service to all visitors.
• Assist customers in curating gift sets and heritage-inspired purchases .
• Manage cashiering, POS operations, and payment handling with accuracy.
• Support stock management : receiving, replenishing, and merchandising products.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards (SFA requirements).
• Work as a team to achieve sales targets and brand objectives .
• Support store activities such as seasonal promotions, events, and content shoots .
