RPA Intern (IT Automation)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

Maintenance of existing flow runs

Iteration on existing flow runs

Integration with Salesforce API / OpenAsset API

Automating more project architect administrative scope

Cloud Database management - to ensure longevity with IT

Requirements :

Undergraduates pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Systems, Computer Sciences or equivalent

Database optimisation / SQL / Index

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Competent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail

Proactive and self-motivated

Fluent in English

Able to articulate systematic problems visually

Candidates that worked with API Calling is preferred

Candidates who have worked with AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok...) is preferred

Technical & Professional Knowledge :

Working experience in Office 365 tools including SharePoint, PowerApps, Teams, Planner and Power BI

Able to build MPA / UiPath process flows
