Responsibilities

Handle data entry and maintain databases or spreadsheets Prepare, edit and format reports, memos, and presentations Draft and respond to basic correspondence and emails Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements Supporting meeting logistics - book rooms, prepare agendas and take minutes Track Budgets and prepare the travel expense reports General, perform adhoc assignment or task from manager Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field with 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative or procurement-related roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Positive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and strong team spirit. Procurement and Vendor Liasons Support experience Able to start work immediately Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 3 months agency contract employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Industry
