We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team. This role provides valuable, hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of HR functions, offering an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities :
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of recruitment activities, including part-time hiring and interview scheduling.
- Contribute to retail store recruitment and internship coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR systems.
- Support payroll preparation by checking timesheets and compiling required documentation.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Support administration of employee benefits, rewards, and training programs.
- Assist in performance management and learning & development initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for company events and recruitment-related activities.
- Support workplace safety & health programs and corporate compliance matters.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives where required.
- Provide general HR and administrative support.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Diploma qualification or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with HR processes or best practices is an advantage.A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.Tell employers what skills you have
