Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chinese Restaurants Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and addressing customer concerns or complaints.

Supervise restaurant staff and provide training and guidance as needed.

Assist in scheduling and managing staff performance.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.

Able to work on weekends, festive seasons and holidays.
