Job Description
The Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore (NUS), invites applications for a full-time Research Assistant / Associate position to support data processing and analysis for a large-scale and recurring population health survey.
This survey investigates and tracks the health status and lifestyle of local populations and aims to provide timely information on the studied populations’ health and risk factors for non-communicable diseases. Such information will support the formulation and evaluation of public health policies. The survey utilises quantitative methods and analyses responses to questions on health conditions and lifestyle habits, and collected data from health examinations.
Candidates will have the opportunity to conduct statistical analysis on large volumes of data, and apply research to drive meaningful impact. They will gain valuable exposure working with lead researchers with strong statistical background and stakeholders from organisations involved in policymaking and policy implementation.
