Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Keep track and compile monthly administration reports
- Purchase and sourcing office stationeries, general materials and equipment
- Provide general information and memoranda
- Schedule appointments and arrange transport
- Ensure maintenance of proper record and filing system in department
- To work with the various stakeholders of the project and the various departments in headquarters
- Handle the site office administration, such as but not limited to maintenance of site office equipment and facilities for the continuous and uninterrupted operations while maintaining the office to be a conducive working environment, etc
- Manage and facilitate Project Staff and Workers related matters, such as staff and workers’ attendance, accommodation / dormitory related issues, training, leave applications, workers’ payroll, etc.
- Other ad hoc administrative support
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in business administration or equivalentAt least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Construction industryProficiency in Microsoft office and records keepingAble to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentAttentive to detailsGood written and oral communication skills and a team playerMust be able to work in the east (Loyang, Changi)Tell employers what skills you have
